My connection went live 3 days ago, it took 2 days for DLM to start. I started off at ~4000kbps too, it will go up though
No need to call Sky just yet, give it a good week. Just leave the router on 24/7.

Does anyone know how long it takes until your connection details pop up on MySky?
My broadband connection went live 3 days ago but MySky still says 'We are currently unable to display your broadband connection details'

Success! It didn't come easy though. The thick woman on the phone was trying to convince me that my line was 'only capable of 4Mbps'. I wasn't having any of it.
I wasn't allowed to speak directly to their technical "specialists" either so we played a lengthy and unnecessary game of chinese whisper.

No, not when it has taken them 9 weeks to get me online. My broadband order was placed over 2 months ago.Why didn't you just wait like everyone else and go through DLM? Not got any patience?
DLM is pointless in my case. I live round the corner from the exchange so there is very little fluctuation in my line stats. If anything DLM would have probably put me on the wrong profile.

......and it may have put you on 22-23Mb which some have had. They will not do this manually.

I just got off the phone to Sky. I made a request for DLM to start which they said will happen in the next 24-48 hours.
Now that we know my line can indeed handle 20 megs, if DLM sets me up on anything less I can ask to have this changed back to 20 megs.
