Broadband Cutting Out
New to this, not sure if it has been discussed to death, but everytime our telephone rings the broadband cuts out. As well as cutting out randomly during use when other computers are switched on. Is this a common problem and does anyone have any suggestions? The telephone people, helpfully, do not...

Can you post your stats from a wired connection taken from the Test Socket. Also can you confirm that all your live telephone sockets have a filter connected including the Sky box. Also are you using any extentions.

It is not common and indicates a line fault. Plug into your test socket and test it there for a few hours. If it still cuts out it is a fault in your external line. If the problems stop, it is a fault in your internal wiring.
