The test was carried out from the test socket on the master plate. I removed the front plate and used the socket behind.
The filter was connected directly to the test socket and no extension were used.
Only kit that came with the sky router was used including any cables.

Then give them a call when in the test socket and see what they say - you need the line code changed but even that might not give you a lot mroe speed. Possible line fault but bar that not a lot else to suggest
