btw how can u tell its not adsl2+

G.DMT is configured in multiples of 32 and the fact that you are in sync at the exact speed your line is set to. On ADSL2+ you would sync slightly lower then the configured speed.

what speeds do u think im capable of getting?

As Isitme says with your attenuation you should be able to get those figures but I am a little concerned about the spare noise margin available. I was expecting it to be more than that.

That is what we want, not as much as hoped for but better than nothing.

Just call Sky and tell them you have improved your wiring and a broadband engineer friend told you you were on G.DMT, could you be moved to ADSL2+.
