      Hi Guys,
My old white Sky router gave up the ghost Saturday evening, no connection to router but have telephone line.
Phone Sky Sunday morning they are going to send me a replacement router sometime this week.

      Re: New Router

DLM configures your line, not the router, so don't worry about that.

Unfortunately I am a little upset that you were advised to expect a replacement router this week. Many customers are having to wait much longer. Replacement routers are currently expected between 5-10 days.

      Re: New Router

You may find that the dodgy router has caused your line to be capped lower, if it is a call to Sky should get it fixed.

Don't hold your breathe waiting on the replacement router

      Re: New Router

My D Link router (sky) is causing phone and bb problems, Rang Sky on 11th and they said they will send a replacement out in 3-5 days, it's now the 19th and no router, checked in "My Sky" and it shows a replacement router ordered on the 11th but still shows "We are currently processing your order" so looks like they've not even allocated one yet. Indeed the waiting times are a lot longer than Sky quote!!
