Unfortunately it's doesn't appear that it will be as simple as that as we have our phone and line rental with BT (just until the contract runs out).

Why does it seem like I'm going to be doing all the leg work (calling to cancel, calling again to set up, inevitably calling again to chase up) when, really, it should all be done with one advance phonecall.

I'm expecting the worst so anythings a bonus. At the end of the day Sky are a massive organisation and the customer service you receive from an organisation of such a size is, typically, not very good. A generalisation I know, but sadly true nevertheless.

Does that qualify as a rant, I think it does
