If it is suspended you might even be able to get it lifted. Simply by saying that it it would save them money by not having to send a new one.

Well all day and night yesterday it didn't drop once, just now it's gone again

Hi Lenaldo,
I see from reading through the thread that you have intermittent connection and you are about to try your other router, if this is successful then that would suggest that your router has developed a fault however if not then it could be something with your physical set up. We appreciate you may have carried out some of the trouble shooting already although here is a link for full trouble shooting just incase something has been missed.
