Re: Problems since W7 install
I think you may be reading the figures wrong, the connection has only been up for 8 mins with these stats and has passed only 26254 super frames. This would be up in the millions for 4 days.
They may have put you back on DLM. But I get the impression that some of the Sky agents with nothing to do, poke around in the settings and make unnecessary changes.
It is quite possibly the router which is failing, all you can do is wait for the new one and see what that does. I would not call in BT of your own bat, it is up to Sky to do that if they think it necessary.

Re: Problems since W7 install
Uptime is a count of the number of seconds since the router was booted, wan up was the uptime at which the router established a PPP connection. So if you were to subtract the figures in the first column for each (uptime - wan up) you should get the number of seconds that the router has had its current PPP connection for.
Unfortunately I cant remember why the router has two columns for its uptime count.
Ah, apparently the second column is the amount of time since the system became idle http://www.linuxinsight.com/proc_uptime.htmlLast edited by fuzzy logic; 29-03-11 at 02:28 PM.
