Do ensure that the speed tests are performed on a wired connection. WiFi is notoriously unreliable in producing consistent results.
As Tom has mentioned, although I do use Speedtest.net, it can be an inconsistent site.
Personally I find that it is worth testing on a variety of different servers & at different times of the day.

Each of the above links are likely to produce a different result. This will give you an idea of what you could expect to receive depending on where you are looking on the web though.
For me I tend to look at what the typical results are. If you were consistently getting 1Mb, when you used to get 4Mb, then I'd be worried.
As for the errors, as has already been pointed out, only the first router used by Sky allowed us (the customers) to view these figures. The router does record them, and so do the Telephone Exchange equipment (I believe). A Sky CST member can also view them.
Let's see how things progress.

Yea CST can view them in a system called LAMA

Re: DLM Not Started - Line Active for 6 Days
No problem. I've no argument with that. So long as you are happy, that is far more important.
I did have Annex M at one point. This doubled my u/l speed at the small cost of my d/l speed. It was really nice and allowed me to do a little more when connected to the Internet, including help maintain a web site at the time.
If you are someone who communicates with Skype, for example, then the faster u/l speeds are beneficial IMHO. Also if you intend to access your computer & computer files whilst away from home, the faster u/l speeds become noticeable.
Both examples are 'if' and I accept that not everyone has the same requirements.

Re: DLM Not Started - Line Active for 6 Days
I'm lucky to no be on the best connection that i can, have but can't think of a reason why i would need anymore bandwidth.
have a good few devices connected most of the time with another couple being purchased shortly and even when all of them are connected there is no discernible difference to speed.
The virgin superhub on the other hand is a different matter.
Its absolute dung when i can be bothered im going to piggback it with airport extreme but im to lazy to walk to the shop to purchase it and no guarantees that i would be home to receive it through the post if i ordered it online.
usually when im in the middle of posting i have to reboot the router so my wireless works again its a right PITA.
No doubt i will get it when i got to purchase the IPAD 2Links Router Stats Useful Tutorials Speed Test Check For Test Socket Repetitive Electrical Impulse Noise

Re: DLM Not Started - Line Active for 6 Days
Don't panic. It may well be that it was happy with the speed that has now been set.
I don't know enough about the intricacies of DLM, but it is possible it might fine tune your connection over the next few nights.
