Pretty much the same as the issue that i have seen then.
Starting to look like a rather large amount.

I've had so many calls regarding problems with the new Sagem routers, CST agent was telling me that they're being told to run firmware upgrade with them and that's only been a success for him once out of all the calls he's had transferred with them.

What's the deal with the routers not being sent out in time for new customers ?
Some have been waiting weeks after their lines have been activated.
