Yes, that must be it cause this forum gets so POPULATED with thousands of needy people who sky scam with false promises haha. I suggest you set up help bots since you all say the same thing "Internal wiring blah blah blah", "Post router stats" "Waste £10 on xfe faceplate". Well Ive done neither of the above and through my own comings not sky come out on top.

Yes over 45,000 users now, not all have false promises but many do have internal setup issues which Sky have no control over.

Thanks for that suggestion but we do have stickies for all the obvious problems and cures, you would do well to read them. Router stats give a clear indication of an issue and what that issue could be, would you rather people gave out the wrong information and wasted everyones time and money? and if you think £10 is wasted on a faceplate that will remove any of the underlying wiring issues you really don't know much.

Yah, I'm clearly not bothered about an upload speed infact it sat just over 1MB for months barley used it. & since my downstream increased it off-sets the upstream so I'm willing to let it slip

It'll probably be something along the line of 18Mbps - seems the OP wants to go 'HAHAHA, you said I wouldn't get this much, etc...'



EDIT: Looked at the last posts, OP was the fool kicking off cause the internal wiring was shot and once fixed got 14Mbps...still enjoying Sky BB now you fixed your problems?
