Unable to connect IPOD Touch to sky network
Hi
I am attempting to connect my IPOD Touch to my sky broadband connection. I selected 'join network' and typed in the password from the back of the router (if this is the password?) but it would not work - advice appreciated.
thanks

Re: Unable to connect IPOD Touch to sky network
Make sure you are typing it in in CAPS. That is the most common reason for failure to connect.
Here is a tutorial.

Re: Unable to connect IPOD Touch to sky network
When I connected mine up, I needed to specifically push shift before each character entry. Make sure you're doing that and it should be good to go.

Re: Unable to connect IPOD Touch to sky network
On my V1 router anything i want to connect via wireless i had to go into the Wireless Station Access List found in wireless settings and add the MAC on the Available Wireless Stations section even though they showed up on the Attached devices they wouldn't actually work till i did this (Strange but true).

Re: Unable to connect IPOD Touch to sky network
Tip for iPhone/Touch users in general. To enable a Caps Lock function tap Settings>General>Keyboard and slide Enable Caps Lock to ON. Then you can double tap the shift key to and it will light up blue enabling you to type in caps without hitting shift before every character.
