Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users
hi i play on b365 poker also on the i poker network. ive got accounts with will hill, victor chandler, paddy power all on i poker. none of these connect to server after 5pmis although perfect any other time. ladbrokes poker on different network is perfect at all times.my sky connect started not connecting 3 weeks ago just after id spent £120 and qualified for 2 100k tourneys. i couldnt play in any of them due to connection problems but couldnt even get a refund as b365 say i poker is running fine. i spent 7 hours on phone with b365 and sky asking why its just the i poker network but cant get any answers. im gutted!!!i could be rich!!

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users
I'm not sure how many times I need to tell you but it is because Sky are traffic shaping P2P during peak hours, this started a few weeks ago, Bet365 uses a form of P2P to run.
The only answer is to move ISP's.
Try:- P;usnet, Zen, IdNet, ADSL24.
The Plusnet gamers package would be best if you wanted to be sure.

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users
Hello there. I have been having a good look through the site and was hoping somone could help.
I have recently signed up to Sky Broadband from Talk Talk and I am really very unhappy with my connection. I want to get down to the problem, but would like an idiot's guide to everything I should check and do to figure out what the problem is (or if in fact its just Sky!!). I am guessing there is a checklist on this website somewhere (for idiot's like me), but I havent been able to find it yet, so apologies for any duplication. I would be grateful if someone could just point me in the right direction.
To give a bit of background on my situation I was with Talk Talk for around 2 years using my own Netgear wireless router. I NEVER experienced any problems, but now since joining Sky, I am very unhappy with both my router and my connection.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
Many thanks
