ive been having the same problem,i cant sign in2 psn and sky cust service sucks.will this be a ongoing problem are will it improve for online gaming and would i be aloud to get out of my contract with no charge because it is affecting your service.

I cant see it getting better any time sune for us connect customers anto so im going ive been with sky connect for over 2 years now and in fairness they have been good but this last 5-6 weeks have been terrible and when you ring trying to get help or a explanation its like talking to a brickwall.So im going with o2 when my mac keys arrive nothing to lose it cant be no worse so why not

yeh i agree,they seem to know nothing about changes.ive only been with them 1 month.could i get out of my contract do u think?

Wally: O2 are the same rebadge BT product as Sky, and have the same issues, (or did) i would suggest one of these 3 providers
ADSL24 (30gig limit £17, i have them been on it a few months really happy)
NewNet (20gig limit £18, Heard very good things)
IDNet (bit more expensive but worth the money)
any more suggestions and we can tell you if there good or bad
Anto: you can break your contract, read my first post at the beginning of this thread and it will explain how
PS: Anto, remove the start of your phone number from you exchange lol

Plusnet who do a specific gamers package
and
Zen who manage their network very well.

Gaz my friend who lives afew streets away is on o2 and as not had nowere near problems ive had with sky connect.His connection during peak times only drops like 1mb or sometimes 1.5mb so he still getting like 3-2.5mb at peak times im not even getting half a mb most of the timeat peak hours.So theres noway im paying £17 a month anymore for that sort of connection

i have ADSL24, £18.90 30gig limit, i use my own router and its a 1 month contract..

Idnet sound very good only problem is i can only get the 5gb a month download limit which really is't no good to my i'll give adsl alook see wot i can get
