Wally
Forget about the breaching of contracts (total waste of time) please take my advice, ditch Sky Connect asap, their service, especially after 5pm is dire and has been for around 9 months to a year.
Look to migrate to NewNet or IDNet for a superior ISP service. If you take this advice your problem will be solved, simples!

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users
Wally, Wally
Please, please, take my advice, you will not have the same problem happening.
Take a look at the IDNet forum IDNetters Forums - Index and see how happy their customers are. A lot have recently changed to ADSL2+ and are having slight teething problems but those of us who cannot get on to ADSL2+ are having a great time.
IDNet have a monthly contract, no throttling of ANY description 24/7, excellent one ring UK tech support. If you pay yearly it is considerably cheaper but still with the 30 day contract.
If you cannot get LLU then IDNet is THE best, give it a try.You will not be disappointed.
Get shot of Sky Connect NOW!

Re: (Unofficial) FAQ - Sky Connect Users
Hi Steve, Hope you are well?
Looking at your speeds they were achieved in the early hours of the morning (0 3.30). I am getting 7Mb virtually 24/7 with IDNet. No throttling etc etc.
If you are happy with the situation then so be it.However, if someone requires a positive 24/7 result from an ISP then IDNet is the way to go
