Steve,
Any ideas as to why my exchange(Portlethen) has been taken off the samknows website? It was on there as being upgraded on 20/09/09. Not there at all now.

Hi I have just done a exchange check and it is there Aberdeen Portlethen NSPRT try the link SamKnows Broadband - Availability - Exchange Search and it shows could be that Sam Knows has not update the exchange yet
20/09/2009 O2 / Be Unlimited has enabled the Aberdeen Portlethen exchange for their service

Thanks for that Steve. O2 has enabled my exchange. Ordered it on Tuesday. Just waiting for MAC code from sky. I suppose the LLU service cant be any worse than the service I get with sky. They say I can get up to 7MB, but even if I can get 3-4MB all day, I would still be pleased.

Simple, Speedtest.net is crap
or you have been moved to Sky LLU, which is very unlikely.
Try the BT Test for a true speed.

Hi as Isitme say`s it has to be the Bt speed test Test Result it will guarantee a more accurate test and result for Bt re-badged products. Pleased everything has now been sorted at your exchange
