Not if they go into more exchanges and enable more LLU by the amount of connect Customers coming in it has to be now a viable Solution

Undecided AdrianI think it will only get better when Sky loses a ton of connect customers.

When we talk about Microsoft we think about USA I have emailed them and at first told to redirect to the UK after several emails to Microsoft USA I got some good answers.
one was Microsoft UK have no idea which Planet there on and if there is a problem

When Xbox Live bellied up Xmas 2007 due to capacity issues, Microsoft 1st pretended there wasn't a problem then they worked on it until the 1st week of January when it got "fixed".
Their fix was to sweat it out until everybody went back to school and work.

And Sky will be no different they will do the cheapest option possible, in this case nothing and if they lose some customers it gives them bandwidth back to sell on to the next poor lot.

So Sky, They know they have a big problem but up to now It looks like no one has been assigned to cover it and if they keep losing connect Customer there is going to be a time when no one wants to join Sky Connect

Well anyone who knows that Sky is having severe problems will not want to join Connect but I bet there are many more who have no idea and will look at the price before anything else.

That's how the likes of Tiscali and 100's more ISP's are managing to stick in there with poor capacity and an un-realistic pricing structure.

Sky`s carrot is TV Phone plus line and BB. I wonder how many think all three. then sky not in your exchange connect (Don`t worry will be in your exchange shortly, within six months, your area`s due to be done next but cannot give a date,) and many more enticers but the best is £5 per month because your
exchange is near the top of the list to be enabled with LLU.

Remember I have NEVER had a reading after 5pm better than 1.5Mb when with Sky Connect so these readings are exceptional in comparison.

I would add that you are receiving your service free (& good luck to you!) and I was paying £17.00 for a very inferior service.

seems weird that it's picked up as until this week it was bad, but not as bad, as yours...

It definately seems to have picked up this week, it's nearly 6:30pm and i've just got these results



Maybe sufficient people have migrated away already but I still want Sky to LLU my exchange, I miss my Max since I moved house just before Christmas

Using the same speed tester as yourself, I am now getting, without fail, approx. 5Mb extra download speed 24/7 as opposed to Sky Connect.

I think we will have to agree to differ. You are happy with your service and I am (now) happy with my new ISP's service.
