IP profile for your line is - 4500 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1308 kbps
Lovely stuff, finding it hard to do pretty much anything tonight other than browse forums. This is the worst service from a company ive ever come across, it is criminal they get away with it.

We are also getting throttled,we are on the connect package,however my girlfriends son had it upped from 40 gig to unlimited (not the £10 deal) and had to pay extra,not sure how much he pays but i know it is more than £17,will ask him when he gets back off his holiday.

I'm tempted, have to say, but as I only browse/download music I set it going when at work during the day but seeing as I work shifts I tend to get mornings free so I get what I need to get done, done...

The only way you get unlimited is on Max and on that you pay less than on Connect (even after the rise).
