Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
but there are just as many occations where we've arranged a call back and the customer wasn't in - so it works both ways...
call backs, unless arranged by CST, are NEVER guaranteed...-------------------------------------------

Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
The thing is I was told that a ticket lasted 3days and if no one had contacted me or if I had not rang to see if CST had any further information the ticket would be closed and would have to start all over again which happened many times even though it was for the same problem I was lucky in the end to talk to someone in London who after a discussion on Sky`s unnecessary Problems helped in explaining and putting right all the things CST had done. I have only rang Sky once since then and that was about connect not working about 4hrs one night. CST will ring you sometimes also they can tell you that they cannot help. We are not talking about all CST there are some really good ones But there is also some really bad ones

Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
Its not a sweeping statement, its FACT, lets look a little closer.
As tech support if you do not know the answer to a question or problem, you say so, but they did not. They made up answers (in fact i would go as far to say they had a sheet of excuses for this purpose) in order to fob off the customer. Its a lie no matter how you look at it, this forum is testament to it, the problem is institutional within SKY.
I'd like to see them take me to court for slander or defamation, because to do this they would have to produce all the recordings and tickets. This evidence alone would prove any case against them.
