Thats not including the connect Customers who do not know of this site add them to the connect Customers who have given up trying to have their issue resolved also adding
There are probably hundreds who don't realize their connection is dire because they don't know any better.

Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
After reading thru these posts, i realised that staying on connect for my needs is useless, so im off to o2 rang them this afternoon, as i did sky for mac key, no reason to pay £17 for 512k. and a super slow net.

Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
other factors may include the fact Sky cant seem to get it right, I was unlucky enough to be "traffic managed" and I
Wasnt a heavy downloader
Didnt Have much time for gaming
Am at an Exchange thats plenty of Capacity
And until i had asked for my MAC i never broke the supposed "1.4gb a day" rule, and the 40gig allowance!
There is no other factors its just a badly managed service, and you cant say your ADSL is working as it should, granted you can live with it and its maybe slightly faster than what others are getting but its still a poor service (if you had to pay £17)
