Just switched on checked emails and ran the test before logging on to skyuser. now every minute of the day there is someone complaining about Sky and the sad part is sky are to blame I have never heard so many lame excuses it is an to the technology which we know Sky have but some must be on how to use it

Hi Steve

Rang Sky to ask for our MAC code which they have provided, they didnt even ask why we were considering leaving, guy sounded like he couldnt be bothered with any hassle.

Who is exactly is to blame for reducing the speak peak times on Sky connect ? Is it Sky or is it BT ? We presume if its BT then nothing can be done about it. If its Sky would they consider thanging anything before we jump ship to another provider.

The mrs has been moaning all day about not being able to play World Of Warcraft due to the speed and latency.

Hi it is Sky. Remember LLU is better than any Bt rebranded package. It is a pity Sky have not yet put LLU in NEWAS exchange as far as I understood it was meant to be put in 2008. anyway you and your better half have a good one never know might bump into each other one day

19:55 04/05/09 Bt speed test previous post added this afternoon so another night watching the TV I was going to rant but what is the use Sky already know how pathetic they connect package is.

Loss of 2.5mbs well I think you could call that Throttling and definitely deserves

I got it this morning, 500KB/sec off M$...but then during the day there's no affects on my connection...

Mine was spiking at just over 1Mb at times, must have got it before most were out of bed lol
