Re: Sky Connect Broadband - Are you being slowed down?
Well all is going well on ADSL24+ Getting the speeds I expected and Im not being throttled during peak hours.
Though I have been advised my speeds will go down a little during peak hours because of the influx on BT
Though it has not dropped by much and all seems better and with Interleaving off my ping times have improved so Gaming is alot better.
Just gotta get fast tracked onto ADSL2+ now which is gonna cost me £11 unless I wait for BT to do it.
This is my current speed at 6pm when it slows down abit.
I get about 1900 before 6pm and after 10-11pm.

With your low speed now, I doubt if ADSL2+ will make much difference. If you are thinking about paying an extra £11 a month for it, I would be looking for a guarantee that the speed will increase and by how much.

Isitme It's just an £11 fee to get BT to switch me to ADSL2+ quicker instead of waiting for them to do it in the usual blocks.
ADSL2+ Should give my speed a small boost so it's worth it imo.
I can get virgin broadband in my area however trying to explain what needs to be done to virgin customer services in india is a struggle.

You might find that your connection actually slows down, hopefully it will not, but some lines do not take kindly to ADSL2+.
