Hi hows it going rang bt asked them to do a test to if I could get BB I gave them my post code they came back with 3Mbs I said could I get more might be able to get 3.5Mbs
said great so gave telephone number and they said only shows 1.5Mbs said I know when moved to Sky talk bt changed it. He said would look into it. Hope he does but don`t think so

As a disabled customer you should also be on the vulnerable users list as well just like all the other utilities.
This means that you should be prioritised on getting stuff resolved as this may be your only form of communication.
I doubt that in this case it would help but make sure you get on these lists for all your service providers.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

my connection has definately slowed down the past week or so after 5 till midnight.
It used to be around 5 mbps and now it doesnt get over 1mbps, i am not happy about it at all, videos take ages to load up and pages load slow, any idea if its permament?

Its going well so far good speeds in the evenings, it drops off a little from daytome speeds but that is to be expected. Gaming wise my ping to the server is higher than what I was getting in the daytime with Sky.
jonmacuk I wouldn't hold your breath for a fix, I was having the problem for several months before I left Sky.

I would say so just look at the amount of members and growing everyday also the amount of visitors and the achievements of Skyuser site. Praise should go to the founders and staff for all their efforts one of which is below
SkyUser makes 6th in UKNetMonitor's list of sites
Sky is an ever growing company and any Business the size of Sky would look at the Skyusers site to see what sort of problems Sky Customers were having and try to solve them I believe it will get better. When I do not know, Only sky knows could be next week could be next month But Sky is not the only ISP that are having problems

It is quite amazing. I get outstanding speeds all day long (6.7mb) without a hitch then , like clockwork, around 6pm the speed drops below 1mb, every evening the same thing happens.
It is like someone is throwing a switch, or the like, to begin throttling for the evening.
There is no doubt something is going on at the SKY end and should be sorted asap or they will begin to get a similar bad name as Pipex (and others) now have.
