hi been on sky bb for 2 year or summit like that ,ive had no probs at all ,ive been putting in setting to put snr down http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?todo=ping_test&next etc etc.........
and connect faster sometimes up to 8mb which is good for where iam from exchange , now suddenly i cant get it to connect at no more that 6143kbps . I rang sky they say i havnt been capped, he said it was so i get a more stabler connection, i havnt complained about a unstable connection ,i was over the moon with wot i was getting any ideas.. back to original sky fw .. thanks colin..

Typical Sky! If it aint broke, fix it till it is. Can you take your stats from your normal position and from the Test socket for comparison.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
