Hi am on the mid 40gig I i think this month I may have gone over by about 10 gig is there any way to check what bandwidth you have used ?

No, Sky do not show usage figures but I wouldn't worry too much, nobody has been contacted by Sky re overuse yet and some are stating that they have gone over by much much more than 10Gb
I cannot see you having problems as long as you don't go into the 100'sGb on a monthly basis. At the moment anyway.
Remember that if you use an application to measure usage you will need it on all PC's that connect, if you have more than one. Also remember that it will not include downloads on games consoles etc.

Remember too that 'bandwidth' includes uploads as well, which could be significant if you are a torrent/P2P user.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.

Am I right in thinking that our usage is reset on the 1st ever month

I would have thought billing date as opposed to the 1st, but could well be wrong.
As others has posted, there is significant doubt that sky even monitor it at all (so in theory it's never reset if you get what i mean).
