Have you tried Sky Customer Relations on 0207 705 3000.

AAAAGHHH!!! According to the 0207 number (which is the Head Office in London) Customer Care & Customer Relations are exactly the same thing (did tell them Customer Care say otherwise but she just laughed and said 'doesn't surprise me').
The fax number she gave me for Customer Care/Customer Relations is 01383 815 390 Buuuuuuuuut that number doesn't work either!!!
Really - how useless can one company be???
Phoned Head Office (0207 tel) - they put me through to Customer Relations (but cannot give me a direct tel for them!!) who gave me the original 01506 fax number!! Which nice man swears is working.
Want to swear but refraining.
Apparently if you phone the 0207 number and ask to be put through to Customer Relations they will, but INSIST it's customer relations, not customer care!!
Let's see if the fax number works today shall we!! LOL

OK, may hold off on hiring the minibus just now!
Fax worked today....... maybe they switch it off at weekends??
Aaaaaaanyway, minibus is on hold til I see if they answer, how quick they answer and judge how much ******** they come out with
