I will be moving house very soon. I have Sky Mid and want to carry on with my account. Do I continue to use my current router (18 months old) or will I be sent a new one? Are there any pitfalls that I should look out for?
At the moment, I am using an internet cafe to go online, so I won't be able to respond quickly to thank anyone who answers. TIA.

you can either cancel your existing account completely and set up a new one, which should get you a new router...
going through a Home Move will continue to use your existing equipment...
