I'm in the same boat, my activation date was yesterday and nothing happened, I don't know if it is worth called CS yet in case it comes in today might leave it till monday to call if nothing has happened by then.
Is this wise or should I chase them about it this morning.

I have problems with getting my Sky Broadband activated.
At the beginning of this month I paid for Sky’s “see-speak-surf (max)” package. I have my satellite dish installed and working But find it very difficult to get Sky Broadband activated even after 21 days. I am told, “pre-active was cancelled as Sky staff entered the wrong Mac Code/key and now it needs to be addressed manually which takes time etc. etc. Some from provisional dept informs that it may take months as they have hundreds before me with similar problems”
So is there anything that I can do to get my Sky Broadband activated ASAP or have Sky’s “see and “speak” now and wait for months ( ? ), before broadband/"surf" is activated ?
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.
