i phoned sky to send my MAC code out and was expecting a hassle. but to my surprise they sent it out. and said wait 3-5days. me mum said there's amsg for me but it was a long code. so i guess thats the code. but when itry to get it i cant. were on BT for phone calls but it wont let me. tells me we dont have it. so im wanting to get my code ASAP and cant cos bt F upped what do i do? i tryed 1571 and 1471 and nothing. just me new isp sent me 4emails in 2weeks wanting my code and im waiting on sky or bt.

You'll need to call Sky again for the code. You have to be given your MAC address so there is no issue there, the problem is that it is only valid for a set period of time. Call them back and ask for it over the phone, not exactly Skys fault your BT answer system is not working properly but at least if you call Sky and go through to the correct department you will get your MAC code again.
