Hi, I think that I have something similar going on with my sky. After downloading and updating via my sky cd,it puts the sky icon on my desktop,on opening this icon it says that it can't find only way to use is via internet browser, also i have put additional user's on my sky but we all have the same page for favorites. Is there any way that we can have our own fav page for each user.

I don't think this is anything to do with Sky. Your PC must be set up to display a Home page and this can be any thing, even blank. Unless the users you have set up have their own accounts on the PC, I am assuming it is only one PC and not several, their is no way to give them separate Home pages. What can be done, as you are using IE7, is to set up multiple Home pages which will open in separate tabs. The user then just has to click the appropriate tab to be at their own page. If you open Tools, then Internet Options you will see the Home page pane. Copy and paste the page addresses into the pane and they will appear in tabs in the same order when you open the Home page.

If your users have their own PCs, they can select their Home page in IE7. It will not effect other users.

Finally there was no need to use the CD, unless you want to use the AV, simply plugging the ethernet port of the PC into the router connects you. You only have to click the icon for your browser to connect and open in your Home page. I find it easier to have a browser icon in the Quick Launch Bar, you are then just one mouse click away from the internet.
