It relates to the fact that Connect is completely different from SkyLLU and requires special attention, especially in the first 10 days. If the proper attention is not given the user can end up with a badly trained line which can lead to all sorts of problems.
Anyone joining another ISP, BT, Plusnet or most others supplying ADSLMax, is given guidance on what to do. Sky give no guidance and seem to think that Connect is the same as their LLU service, which just requires plugging in and the line will train itself to the best sync it is capable of, with no input from the user. Have a look HERE for an idea of what guidance they should be giving.
