Hello all,

I've been with Sky Broadband (on the Max package) for about six months, without too many problems. Because of the distance I live from the exchange, my router never connects above 768kbps, but it's something I've got used to. Perhaps, there'll be an increase when 21CN gets to me? Who knows?!

Anyway... I got home yesterday to find my Sky-supplied Netgear router not connecting to the Internet. I rang Sky who were semi-helpful. I checked all the connections, which are fine. They suggested I check the master socket with my router -- still not working.

I'm working what the next step is? Is there any way that I can check any problems at the exchange myself? Or should I ask them to send me a new router? Any help would be much appreciated.
