I now have 2 sky routers both of which are ok as the fault lay elsewhere, has anyone been asked to return one of them. I did see a returns slip in the box but seem to have mislaid it. A spare router might be handy.

As for replacements, I dont see any reason why Sky would ask for them back, Unless they want to replace them and then send them on as Refurbs for other repairs ect ect.
I guess if Sky do ask for the router back, Then you can ask them to send another returns slip.

^ exactly that
there should be a returns label in the box sent to you to return the faulty router to Sky - it's then repaired and sent back out as a refurb
