I can't check the broadband one, it says 'we are upgrading our ordering systems, please try again later'.

Your not the only one! But it looks exactly like mine, which means that BT switched you over to Sky LLU on 8th Aug. You can quote this to them, or even copy and paste it to an email, to prove you were switched and they know it.

Wow, thanks for the heads up, just thought I would check with my account which swapped on 25th September and guess what !! BT were still billing me for a broadband service on the line !!
The then put me across to Broadband resolutions team who did a bit of digging (was on hold for around 20 mins) and they came back on saying the account was now closed off and my account was being backdated to the 25th September.
So you are definitely not the only one. I would recommend anybody who's moved from BT to Sky to check their accounts. I am billed monthly so would have picked it up anyway but it is a bit of a pain.
