RE: new customer
Hi there
Sorry if this has already been asked.
I am about to move to a new house and I have a few questions.
there is already a Sky dish fitted but the current occupier doesn't subscribe to anything. Can i apply as a new customer even although there is equipment fitted??? Also i want to get a Sky HD box. do I have to get it from Sky or as they are cheaper else where can I get Sky to activate HD once I have the box????
Lastly is Sky broadband really as bad as everyone seems to say for gaming????
Many thanks in advance

Re: new customer
I ordered my Sky HD box from Sky, but it still hadn't turned up after two weeks. I went to a local independent installer who supplied and installed the box the next day, for £60 less than Sky's standard price. My experience of Sky is that they're not very good when it comes to supplying and installing equipment - best to avoid them, in my opinion.
