I am having great trouble maintaining my Sky Connection. I have take a screenshot of my router status page and can't understand why the ADSL slots are empty and the LAN slots full. Wouls be grateful if anyone could put me right before I commit Hari Kari. Hopefully the screenshot will attach ok.

One of the biggest causes of dropping connections is UPnP, turn this off:

Also, you could try connecting to the test socket and then redo your stats:
