Stuck at 128 kbps!
Hi All,
As the subject describes - I am stuck at 128 kbps on both downstream/upstream!
I am using the Sky supplied DG834GT with firmware V1.02.28.
Stats from the modem are as follows:

Now I have tried removing all other devices from the phone sockets, I have also tried moving the modem to another socket, both to no avail. I have not attempted to connect the DG834GT to the master/test socket just yet (don't actually know where it is).
Can anyone see anything outrageously wrong? From my understanding, my line attenuation/noise margin are not bad at all.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Stuck at 128 kbps!
ur stuck from a previous fault - im assuming it didnt work when u called Sky as thats their test speed. u need to give tier 3 a buzz to get it removed...

Re: Stuck at 128 kbps!
yeah always best to have router in master before ever calling Sky - plus it'll be best to leave it there too if u want decent speeds. Extentions aren't that great imo...especially if u were on Max (ur line would be fine for 16MB with attenuation like that!!)
