slow utorrent speeds
Last week i was getting really fast uttorent download speed but this week my download speeds have been really slow. My local area connection is saying 100mbs but it should say 15.3. should i reset the modem to fix this problem i think this is the reason why my uttorent speeds have been really slow.

Whenever i get slow speeds i grab a linux iso torrent (just google for this)
99% of the time i download at full speed (1.5Mbs)
