672 kbps on MAX!!
My download speed has suddenly dropped to 672 kbps from a fairly regular 5012 kbps.
Is there any reason this could happen.
Also been having BIG problems with conecting and have had to reboot the router most times for it to kick in.
Here are my Stats if anyone can shed any light on it. Thanks in advance.

Re: 672 kbps on MAX!!
have you tried plugging into master socket
if you are using an extenstion this will also add noise to your signal and could cause speed driops and disconnectsLinks

Re: 672 kbps on MAX!!
Yes I did contact BT as the line was totally out for a few days on two occasions.
How can I get this changed??

Re: 672 kbps on MAX!!
Calling BT won't have caused your line to be capped but the line problems could have been detected by Sky and an auto cap applied.
Are you satisfied that the line problems are gone now (full stats may help)? If you are, call Sky and tell them your line was capped for an earlier problem which is now resolved. Ask to be put through to Tier 3. Calling late night/early morning is best.

Re: 672 kbps on MAX!!
See the sticky in the router stats forum. Just to pre-warn you though, with that noise margin, not too many errors are likely to show.
