Does uploading interfere with downloading speed ?
Another thing, why my upload is max +-80 kB/s ? Never seen a 100.
my stats:
Connection Speed 6080 kbps 768 kbps
Line Attenuation 36.0 db 23.5 db
Noise Margin 10.6 db 14.0 db

no, it shouldn't....the line is split to accommodate both....
with regards to uploads, i have no idea if thats normal or not - not something i personally worry about!!-------------------------------------------

80k upload is about the norm for 768 up as for your download affected by upload. well mine doesnt seem affected but am on cable 20mb.

Yes it can.
Computers communicate over the internet using something called TCP/IP. This protocol demands (amongst other things) that each device acknowledges what data packets have been received so that the sending device knows they've got to their destination and have been received correctly.
The upshot of this is that if your upstream connection (sending) is fully used transmitting one set of data then the response needed for acknowledging another set of data (receiving) has to join the queue and can be delayed. The delay can mean the other device thinks the data hasn't arrived so it sends it again. If data is being sent twice then that lowers the throughput.
For uploading to interfere with downloading most of the uploading capacity has to be in use.
