How often do IP addresses change?
Not too sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes:
I need a static IP but I forgot to check this when signing up for Sky BB and I have found out that they don't supply static IP's (even if you pay). So I am going to use dydns but I really need a static IP to use with my work VPN.
How often does the IP sky give out change?

In my experience, you keep the same IP unless you get disconnected or lose sync.

You can get yourself a hostname then use a dynamic DNS server to keep your hostname updated with your changing IP address.
