Quick question
I was on Sky BB Connect at £5 a month and then up to £17.99 a month.
So I was looking around the site and found that its £17.99 a month for up to 16mb and unlimited download on Sky BB Connect and the exact same with the Max package at £10 a month.
How do they work this out, I just cant understand it, same package only one is £7.99 cheaper?
Or is it somethind to do with me only being able to get 2.9mb speed, but when I talked to them on the phone the girl hadn't a clue and said it will be switched over at the telephone exchange on the 23rd which I ask way as I cant get any faster speed so why touch my line at all. I know LLU is aready active at my exchange but they told me I might not get a faster speed anyway.
Seriously confused about Sky and keep wondering if they have a hidden agenda??
Cheers
