well i just rang up yesterday, because it had been the 10 days of what the woman on the phone said "5-10 days for a letter to come out with urn/band".
The first guy couldnt find order, he updated it, and I asked if it could be put through now or anything. He said he would find out and put me through to provisioning. Was on hold for 15mins, then got through to a guy who had no idea why i had been transferred. Phoned sales again and got a snotty arrogant ******, who TOLD me that it was 14 days, and didnt even want to check my account to see the notes there.
Is this true then ? it takes u to 14 days for the letter to arrive, so that I can order ?

Regardless of how you feel please refrain from swearing as is nether required or need to make a point.Ray
Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

I did not mean to give any offence hugsie and obviously you are being supportive of the posters on this forum (me included). My problem is the incredibly inept way Sky are handling the registration process.

It is very frustrating to be stuck waiting with no information.I do wish sky would produce an official this is where we are at statement.
It would help a bit.
