Correct & the Tier 1's were advised not to create fault tickets.

Yeah that was because of the outage that happened the other day. if there is anymore issues in realtion to Northern Ireland ie not able to connect and so on then I would advise to phone up Sky and speak to them. Originally Posted by spike7451
