I telephoned Sky Broadband techincal help this morning (0870 number so its costly) as I had no Sky BB connection.
After waiting AGES, I was told there was 'an issue' that 'sky engineers were working on'. I asked if this meant that for some, the Sky BB connection was unavailable, to which I was told Yes (I am on the 01227 exchange).
Well, its 5.30pm and STILL no connection! Ironically, I just transferred to MAX. Did I make a mistake? I think I did....

I rang Sky tecnical support this morning at 10.30 to see why I had no connection. The guy on the other end of the phone told me that according to his screen there was a major problem with broadband connect, all over the country, and as I was on connect it affected me, also his screen told him not to raise a ticket on this issue.
So I just have to wait for then to fix it, Its now 5.40 pm.
