Re: upgrade
Is your exchange enabled, check out the "Sam Knows" site to see if Easynet/Sky is available from your exchange. If so give Sky a call if not then you will have to stay on Connect for a while longer.

Just keep ringing them up and tell them to move you over.

Re: upgrade
Connect customers on the Bannockburn exchange are being moved over, I have been moved in the last few days. Are you sure you have not been moved? There is very little difference between Connect and Mid, I am seeing a rise from 5500 to just under 7000, but the browsing does not appear to be any faster.
Try checking the BT site, go HERE and click the 'Track your landline link' , not the Broadband one. It should show that your line is being changed, there was a batch done on the 29th, yours may have been one of them.

Re: upgrade
Has anybody else called Sky CS to ask to be migrated, only to be told that your phone number is "off net"?!? Samknows.com says that my exchange has been enabled for nearly a fortnight.
I've just received an email saying that due to unpresedented demand they are unable to offer an upgrade to the Mid package, However when I checked on the Sky website their broadband checker tells me that I can subscribe to the normal packages (presumably as a new customer).
Any ideas welcome as I think I've been had.
