Error code 200 means that you are not connected to sky.
You probebly are with some other isp. (LLU marker/tag on your BT line)
Call BT wholesale and find out who has the broadband tag on you line.

Yes, your correct Saturday.
In my case it was hijacked by my old isp. Took me months to get this sorted.

simple test, get tier 1 to run a tone test - if this fails, line fault/jumpering issue.....goes to tier 2, gets fixed (if its a jumpering issue)
IF you have TalkTalk line and it all of a sudden gives you error 200, shout at TalkTalk as they've more than likely taken the line form BT (simple check, run your number through BT adsl availability checker - it'll say line isn't a BT line)
