Hi all any advice would be greatly appreciated, my connection on my pc keeps dropping, as soon as i click on connect it re appears after about 3 seconds...this NEVER happens on my laptop only my main pc.....this is also on a wireless connection

Sounds like the UPnP bug. In my experience this affects you when the wireless signal is marginal (which may explain why the laptop is okay).
Connect laptop to router via wireless. Or connect your main computer to router using ethernet cable.
Open Internet Explorer and type 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
Login box appears. User name is admin. Password is sky.
Go to UPnP settings and turn off.
Log out. Turn off router for 1 minute. Turn on again.
