Can I upgrade from Superfast to Ultrafast

Hi people,i currently have Superfast FTTC...But checking on the My sky app it tells me I can get Ultrafast and Ultrafast + is that right ? As I have just copper final connection into my house and I always thought to get Full Fibre I would need a FTTP connection.i cannot see any mention of any Engineers work to my property to get the Ultrafast or Ultrafast+ ..it's just click a button on the Sky app to upgrade...would that be all that's needed ? Many thanks in advance for help/advice

Same as me here then. Copper only from cabinet to house, no Openreach FTTP yet (if ever? Dunno!)
I know that Sky Ultrafast can be delivered over copper from the cabinet to the house using G.Fast and it’s something like 150/30 because I could get that according to Sky. But can’t get Ultrafast+ here. Suspect that will only be available when (if?) we ever get FTTP here.

Unless you are in the middle of a long contract and HAVE to use Sky, I would shop around carefully first, Sky are not great value for the faster tiers of fttp. If you haven't already you can use the openreach fttp checker to see if you can get it. https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/fibre-first/ I expect if you tried to upgrade, like my Mum did, it would then add the engineer stuff on after the fact.
