      Upload speed gone way down

About 3 months ago, our router stopped working and sky sent out one of the new q hubs. Everything was fine, speed was it's been for the last 5 years on fibre. About 2 weeks ago internet connection went down for about 3 hours and when it came back, download speed was the same but upload had gone way down. It's always been 4999 for the last 5 years but now it's 1223. I have rebooted numerous times but can't get the 4999 back. Would it be worth ringing sky because I've read they can't really do anything about upload speed

      These are stats from router

Re: Upload speed gone way down

your 6.6db snr for upstream is indicating the issue of noise or interference somewhere either internal or external
6db is the min snr that fibre will profile to needs to be higher for more bandwidth if swap adsl cable/filter or check from test socket or check telephone for noise

Can't actually check for line noise because we don't have a phone, but I'll try other stuff you suggested, thanks
